Kia ora! Welcome! I am here to offer you professional and effective individual counselling and specialised relationship counselling in person and online. In a healing and illuminating environment, I assist you on your journey to personal wellness and affectionate relationships, and support you to address the challenges you are facing to find meaning, strength and hope.
I also offer EFT supervision and EFT training for therapists.
My work is informed by many modalities, however my specialised field is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I offer EFT supervision as well as teaching health professionals to work with EFT for couples (EFCT) and EFT for working with individuals (EFIT).
